What about just dancing with anyone and everyone who LOVES dance, learning everything you can from them regardless if they ballet, jazz, etc. That leaves with you an endless amount of knowledge to learn and experience to make your own...

These words are most definately dope, and true. But what I'm getting at is that there are bboys out there that develop an affiliation, then leave that bond for greener grass, or are on multiple crews. Whether or not it exists isn't what I'm getting at. What I'm wondering is how you feel about bboys doing it so regularly. Ofcourse you need to continually be a student and learn from every source, but do you really need to form a crew, join another crew, quit your olds crew, be apart of 2 new crews, etc, etc.

only crew i was in was the P.A.C.....but it was just a few OG's that just hung out in the basement...haha.....
i've been solo....... i never had a urge to be in a crew....... i've always been that guy that just shows up...gets down...and leaves.....
only issues i had with crews in the unnneccesary beef if 1 member of a crew had beef with another member of a different crew...then shit gets big and now everyone hates each other ........
the scene here in michigan is alot bigger than it was when i started...early 90's when i was able to hit the clubs.....

What does P.A.C stand for? Yeah, basement sessions were dope, hahaha. Back then having any smooth surface was a little slice of heaven.
Yeah, beef is a bitch. But back in the day I believe it was seen as necessary in order to get the scene hype and competitive....So we'd constantly see shit between crews, bboys, blah blah blah. Actually, come to think of it things were like that not too long ago. I remember a shit ton of heat when Circle Junkies jumped into the scene, hahaha. Was a dope battle though (Circle Junkies vs. Michigan).....I think things are getting away from that in general though.
